uncaring, there are no gray area just black and white some get help others have a legitimate injury and are in my case offered any help. i know people who are on disability with less wrong with them than me, I am offered a gel, Aleve, I feel it's cruel and uncaring not to give a person the medicine they are supposed to be taking for a chronic arthritis debilitaing disease of the whole right side of my body
