Do not buy from Universal Electronics. I ordered a karaoke machine last May and the check was cashed for the amount of $571.42 May 17,2011 It was ordered through Moes Mega Market and was told to mail the check to Uiversal Elecyronics in Jamaica, NY. After not shipping for several weeks they said they would send a refund which never came. It has been three months and twenth or more phone calls
