Wouldnt even give them one star.I called to order team and fan hats for our travel baseball team and the lady who answered the phone was rude and had an attitude right from the start.I remained polite and asked her if she could tell me how to fit everyone so i was sure the fitted hats would fit everyone,she replied "ahh measure there heads??" sarcasticly..I replied what is the measurement for a 6 7/8 hat,"just hold on"gets back on phone and says she asked the guys and they said "who knows,thats why we wear strapped hats To hard to size fitted hats"..AR
