Don't trust Entrust. This company acts as an agent for dead beat land lords. They have no standards for the property owners that they represent. They will apologize a thousand times and do nothing for you. Flooding and mold for 2 months and still no action. Blames lack of action on owners financial issues. Renters suffer because entrust will work for any dead beat owner. Think carefully before doing business with this company.
