Archstone Sescape Was their tenant in 2010/11. The apartment was good - clean tidy place, very quiet. Called service couple of times, they came the same day. Liked that. One little problem - their plumbing is very old, one bathroom always smelled bad. What I didn't like, was their management actions: My lease was for 6 months, $1850/mon. After 3 months they sent me notice of rent increase by about 20%, to $2200 or something. Apparently in California there is no restriction on rent increase amount other than notifying tenant 2
