In the past 4 days I have had to visit LabCorp at the direction of my physician twice. Both times (at different locations) the staff was rude and inconsiderate. The first visit was a routine lab draw. I felt as if I was imposing on the receptionist's time on the fist visit (Bass Road). The second visit was in Bonita Springs. I received a phone call from my physician that one of my lab levels was at a critical elevated level. I was extremely alarmed since I am or thought I was perfectly healthy. I picked up an order from my physician, went to Bonita, exp
