I am incredibly disappointed in this company for their poor service and how rudely I was treated. I called them because we were having trouble with our water heater. They sent a technician out and he replaced the heating elements in the heater. several hours later still no hot water. So we called back. THe tech came back and said somehow the breaker had been flipped, so he put that back. The next day, still no hot water. So we called again. This time they said it was the thermostat in the heater so we would need a new one. They gave us a quote and said they'd be back
