LADY ANSWERS THE PHONE AND TELLS ME THEY ARE ALREADY ON .... I SAID OK WELL WHO APPROVED THEM.. SHE SAID BY THE WAY IT IS READY .. AND I ASK HOW MUCH WAS THE BILL SHE SAID 300.00 TO 500.00 DOLLARS.... THENI ASK IF THEY HAD TRYED TO CALL ME AND SHE SAID NO THE WORK WAS NEEDED... SHE FAXED ME THE BILL 412.00 ... WHEN I WENT DOWN THERE I TALKED TO THE OWNER AND ASK WHY I WAS NOT CALLED . HE
