I called to change a tub valve..scheduled me for one day....called after they were over an hour late to reschedule for the next..said they would be here at 8:30. Showed up at 9:15..looked at the job and said they didn't have the copper pipe. They went to home depot about a mile down the road..got back around 9:50 and started the work..took out the old valve and soldered in the new valve..quite a bit of modification to replace a 20 year old valve..okay it seemed a little slow, but hey if it doesn't leak and the new valve works I am happy.
