I called this company to remove some couches and a bed from my apartment. I was quoted a price of $100-120 including dump fee for the bed. When he arrived he informed my husband that it would be $150.00. Fine I figured it would be a little higher when he saw the job. Once everything was removed he gave my husband a bill for $175.00 saying he "forgot to include the extra box spring dump fee". At this point it was too late to say no. I will not use them again for this reason alone. If they messed up on the quote then they should have "eaten" that extra %2
