Although I found everyone in the office to be pleasant for the most part, I did find when I needed my prescription for birth control refilled it's a struggle nearly every month. If you are going to use their office I would give myself one full week before you need it refilled to call it in to your pharmacy. I imagine that includes any other prescriptions. They also seem to love their answering service. Make sure you get the name of anyone you speak to as things tend to slip.
