We stored the contents of our home for 1 month. We had issues with billing which the owner took care of. The storage unit was damp and created moisture~ which led to mold growing on our things. We did have most items raised off the floor. The owner did not take care of the MICE problem, but told us to put mothballs near the door to keep them out (which we did). Mice feces were all over our boxes which included our children's toys! Our boys train table was covered in both mold and feces. I wonder if he would place his children's toys in a unit. Everything had
