I work at a business near this restaurant, and called in an order for pick up for lunch, my total came to $7.90, I picked up my lunch and paid with my visa check card, when I checked my online statement this morning my account was drafted for $16.90, they helped themselves to a $9.00 tip even though I drew a line through the "tip" section on the reciept (since this was a call in, carry out order).
