Have seen Dr Chandler previously--made an appt to see him again--was in office exam room and told by his assistants that I had to pay for surgery coinsurance before I could be seen by Dr--was quoted a price for procedure before being diagnosed by physician--was told this was office policy and the fault of the insurance company--was not told this when I made the appt nor the two times that I was called to be reminded of my appt. Dr Chandler is a good physician and surgeon but his office policies and staff leave much to be desired.
