I hired Transcendent Building Maintenance to clean our home. They promised only Professionally trained employees would do so. They sent untrained day laborers. One employee spilled bleach, destroying carpet. I sued and won judgment against this company. Guilebaldo Garcia, Owner, continues to dodge service of legal documents and avoid paying judgment award. DO NOT TRUST YOUR HOME OR BUSINESS TO TRANSCENDENT BUILDING MAINTENANCE, LLC!!!
