I recently called to verify previous employment on someone and "Rita" the employee who answered said I had to mail it in. Then without a thank you or goodbye she hung up on me. I work in the customer service industry and realize sometimes people are busy but really it was 830a so I figured there was not a very large crowd. She was very rude as if I were a bother to her.
