The worst experience I have ever had in buying furniture. When I was buying the furniture I had specifically stated that I want a BRAND NEW piece, NOT the one from the display. I was assured that a brand new one would be delivered. I left a deposit and paid for the delivery; the next day when it arrived, wrapped up in plastic, I paid the balance and proceeded with unwrapping. To my disappointment it was the one from the display as I recognized the defects the one on display had. When I brought it back the next day the manager, his name is Milton, refused to exchange it for
