When you walk in the door you are greeted politely and invited to have a cup of coffee will you shop. Associates are around to answer questions. If they don't have something you are looking for, they write it down so that they can be on the look out for exactly what you wanted. Very curteous service and very helpful. From toys to furniture, books, records, clothes, shoes, automotive, tools, knives, tasers, huge array of airsoft bb guns. Too much too list. I'll recommend to everyone I know
