As a fan of steakhouses in particular,,,i was excited to try Jacksonville's new concept restaurant 3Forks,that was untill i got the food....I ordered a nicely overpriced but well hyped 12oz. 40$ fillet by the server who was biting his nails while taking my order...As I sat and waited 10 min.'s for my appetizer(the only good thing i had) my steak had come at the same time and i had ordered a medium temp...what i got was a piece of blood red beef driiping blood all over dish..When i had sent it to be upcooked the returned it to me 12 min.s later char burnt
