Stopped by to see how their facility ran in preparation to signing a twenty thousand dollar contract and decided not to do business with these people. Overheard their one employee speaking very rudely about one of the owners, then ask how much wiggle room their was in the tolerances for inspections. I know that operating parameters have acceptable ranges, but they are clearly defined in the inspection procedures. If a bearing is 'out of tolerance' then it is no good, it's not the technicians place to second guess the engineers authority. I found out that
