I do not understand how a doctors office can function the way Ross Medical does. I have been to the Ross Medical in Ladera Ranch as well and it is just the same. The front office is rude and very loud. I was just there and there was a woman that looked like a bum on the phone, pratically yelling at the pt. I went to complain and asked for the office manager and she said she was the office manager. I could not believe it. They allow someone that looks and acts like that to represent the office. I will not be returning and plan on telling many of my friends who also live in
