Found great BBQ at the Boston Hills BBQ Festval (New York) tried other vendors and these guys had the best out there, all were real good however the edge has to be here. Besides, the guy cooking builds blown alky race engines however the smell of wood cooking your meal sure beats burnt rubber!!! A friend also had them do a wedding in Hamburg last year and beef tenderloin was the entree, a real treat! Try the others but we found this the one to beat!
