We found the floor plan that was perfect for us with most of the style and finished we wanted. The sale process went great and we were happy. But then the home was delivered and we were them switched from sales department to set up and service. From that point on we have been in a nightmare, sLoW to nO service. Lies, empty promises, total runaround and unanswered or unreturned phone calls. We will be in our home a year in December, as of this writing we are STILL waiting for service to fix problems with our brick underpenning and set up and factory glitches to be ta
