Please beware of this collection agency. My wife receive a call and I ended up talking to one of their representatives (a clear violation of FDC practices) as I was not authorized on the account. Because I have experience dealing with some debt collectors I was able to get the most information I could from them. I talked to the first representative for over 10 minutes and he kept on constantly putting me on hold, while he refer to his supervisor, he finally put me on to his supervisor and I argue with him for another 10 more minutes. The supervisor finally hung up
