I called Tim late in the afternoon on a weekday. He came to look @ our AC unit on what I would call "after hours" after I was told by another company that we should consider replacing our 11 yr old AC unit instead of just replacing the fan motor. He pointed out the diagnosis of fan motor may have been right but the replacement of the entire unit was based on a sound which is usual with our brand of AC unit.
