Would rate them as a minus 10 if I could. Totally a fraud. Charged $925 for a $300 pc, then took my pc and did not transfer the info onto the new pc. Also did not set up the new pc so my printer would work even though it was already installed. A total scam and fraud. Preys on senior citizens.
