My husband and I contacted Hardwood Refinishers based upon a helpful website. We received a prompt call back from Wren. Wren provided a written quote and detailed the excellent service and product that we would receive from his company. (We were installing hardwood throughout our home and refinishing previously installed flooring to match.) The experience was terrible overall. Wren is completely hands off on a project. You will never see him at your jobsite managing his crew. The installation on our project was okay at best once he finally ordered the correct amount of
