I had a negative experience at Matthews VW and I want to give others a heads up. Was initially told an "s" belt was broken on my Audi,it would cost $200 to repair. Tanya said my car would be ready at 6pm and I could continue my trip to South Carolina so I waited at the shop. At 5:45pm Tanya told me there was a problem, they needed another part and it couldn't get there until tomorrow. The additional part and repair would cost another $300. I had to get a ride back to Murray, KY that night to spend night at parents house. Tanya said she would inform me the next day ASAP afte
