Their customer service is really welcoming at first. They have a no refund policy which should have been the first sign of bad business. I was not given my merchandise as promised in a timely manner. I was just so frustrated at the end of a 3 day battle that I finally took the item as it was. Not as promised and late. I am a very unsatisfied customer and I will never step foot in their store again.
