Joining this Aikikai changed my life in so many ways. Everyone has such a good attitude, patience with themselves and others... and being around so many good people makes me want to be good to other people too. My old clothes fit me again... which is something I appreciate every morning and all day long, knowing I've done the best I can with what I've got. I get all the mental and physical benefits, and at the same time get to learn a very spiritual martial art!
