I am beyond disappointed and upset at how our reservation was handled for 4:30 on Friday, August 9th. I contacted them weeks ago via email for information and called multiple times this past week to make a reservation. We called on Wednesday and was never called back until Thursday after I had to emailed her about it. My husband even called as late as noon on Friday, August 9th to add another adult to our reservation for 4:30 THE SAME DAY and they said it was no problem. Our credit card was charged immediately for all 3 adults and 2 kids before we even got there. He
