I have never been so offended! I have been to this location twice this month and spoke to 2 of their technicians and was met with a condescending attitude. On my first visit I asked about a rear disc brake conversion and besides him telling me it would be cost prohibitive he said %u201CI bet it%u2019s a walmart bike%u201D. How pretentious and condescending for an employee to talk to a perspective customer in such a manor. The REASON I asked for information on the brakes is that, YES my Walmart Mongoose needs better brakes for what I use it for%u2026 I was never asked. M
