Excellent brisket; worth a try; some of the best I've ever had. Pulled pork is very good but the brisket is outstanding in my opinion. pronounced smoke flavor, good moist texture with just a slight fat trim on the edge. Over wet and average cole slaw and average cornbread need work (Why not get some good stoneground cornmeal and a better recipe?)
