I needed a repair on my GE refrigerator, found them in the yellow pages. I told the repairman my suspicion of the problem when he came in and he totally ignored me and went straight to another area. Long story short, $229 later to replace a part that I doubt needed replacing, he still had not fixed it, refused to check out what I had told him and left. I now have another problem that I didn't have in the first place so will call GE and pay another $100 bucks more than likely. J&B Appliance Repair will never hear from me again for a service call.
