Southern Deer Processing has been processing my deer and elk for about 5 years now. Always does a great job processing and packaging. They have the most awesome sausage I ever ate, using either my deer or elk with dark meat chicken. Not only taste better than made with pork but last longer in the freezer. They will use pork if you prefer.
