I took my dog in for his bath, dip, feet shaved and nails clipped. He is an old dog at best,,15 1/2 yrs old with bad hips, but when I picked him up he was still wet, and his feet hadn't been cleaned of the hair that was there,,,THAT IS THE MAIN REASON I took him in there to get the hair out of the pad area, so he could walk,,,I am so disappointed with them, that I just could cry....I asked them also, why the hair was still there, was told that they did the best they could, I have taken him to my vet and he came out looking great, and
