My daughter had a first ever hair appointment there to get her roots colored blonde. Her appointment was made the previous day with Mindy. While consulting with my daughter and the "Manager" standing there my daughter advised that she would like a little more dark underneath her hair. She had all over blonde and some brown just on bottom row of hair in the back.
