THEY ADVERTISE HOW GREAT THEY ARE AT INSURANCE WORK. THEY REPAIRED MY CAR WITH ALREADY BROKEN EQUIPMENT. IN ORDER FOR THEM TO REPLACE IT NOW, I HAVE TO RETURN THE BROKEN ONE AND WAIT 3-4 WEEKS FOR THE NEW PART. IN THE MEANTIME, THE CAR IS UNDRIVEABLE. I DON'T UNDERSTAND, WHY I CAN'T KEEP THE BROKEN PART INSTALLED UNTIL THEY RECEIVE THE NEW ONE. GUESS HE'S NOT WILLING TO PUT OUT THE MONEY OR THE VENDORS ALREADY DON'T TRUST HIM ENOUGH TO SEND THE USED PART BACK. WHAT JOKE !!!! HE'S ALSO, NOT VERY FRIENDLY TOWARD WOMEN. I WAS TREATED LIKE A TO
