Our experience was the worst ever. Driver, 1 hour late, ran a red light, got lost several times, hit a parked car, decide at the last second not to make a left turn and drove down a 3 lane roadway into on-coming traffic, ran out of gas and drivers card did not work at pump so we had to use our card to put gas in bus. Then when we asked for a different driver for the ride home we were told no. Asked for money back and got ignored for a week then company said driver told them several bizarre stories that they believed. Basically, they don't seem to give a h
