This was the absolute worst customer I experience I have had with anyone, ever. I was told to come by at 7:30a for my part, and the sales rep was late. After asking in the office, saying I was here fora part I ordered, I was told nobody knew his cell number (yeah, right). I waited in my car for 40 minutes waiting, finally getting someone in the office on the phone who said he had been there for 25 minutes!! I asked for a small discount for my obvious inconvenience and was virtually laughed at and insulted by the woman who rang me up; also saying
