Unprofessional to start. I should have known when they were not even opened at my appt. time...when finally open not even a "hello". The salon was freezing cold, empty of clients & smelled strange. The chairs were extremely uncomfortable & my stylist took 3 hours to do my hair! The worst part however was that my silver hair was BURNED yellow by the so-called professional stylist who then said it was like that to begin with.
