On Friday 20, 2010 while sitting in churches i witnessed a manager meeting. I was not the only customer in the lobby. The GM was discussing a matter with the managers that should have been discussed in private. She talked to the Managers as if they were someone off of the street being very rude and unruly. She was discussing with them the means of appropriate behavior in the store but wasn't practicing it herself. She made me have so much respect for the ones that worked there because if i worked there i would not be able to handle her nasty attitude. She is there GM sh
