Signed up for garbage pick-up and was told my pick up date was Tuesdays. Put out my garbage on Monday night and they did not show up on Tuesday. Called and they came out on Wednesday to pick up, following week forgot to pick it up again when I called I was told very sarcastically "Do you know how much it costs us to send a truck for you, it cost more than you pay us in a year" very sarcastilly. You call that customer service, who's fault was it that you forgot, not mine. Will never do business with this company again if that is how they treat their custom
