I took my child to this daycare center and they never took him out of his car seat. I confronted the teachers about it and the response they game me was, %u201Cthe state doesn%u2019t care that we keep the babies in car seats.%u201D I talked to child care licensing and according to them, children are not allowed in car seats unless they are being transported somewhere.
