I am writing this review with great disgust. I've been a customer of Doug's Automotive for the past year and until now I have been completely satisfied with the service and professionalism of this company. Not only do I patronize them but I also recommend them to all of my friends and family. However, today when I intrusted them to perform a basic oil change, rotate & balance, and wheel alignment on my 2008 Infiniti M35, I was told that the alignment or rotate and balance could not be performed because the tools needed had been misplaced.
