I arrived at Longo Collison Center (Longo Toyota) with my truck which had been rear-ended. There was some needed repair. I had never been in an autbody shop before. When I walked in I went to Mark who was friendly took down my information looked over the truck then handed it over to John Allen (Estimator), He was very professional, courteous,friendly and patient.
