if u purchase a full syn lof...u get bulk oil.. diesel oil... u get bulk oil aswell..if u purchase any flushes? the fliud is just drained and replaced. air filters and cabin filters are not changed but are charged to cust. the cheapest parts are bought from parts houses are charged the highest to cust. junk yard parts are purchased and cust believes parts are brand new from dealer? they sell things not needed or even recommended. the best thing that could happen to this company would be a news crew send in a dummy vehicle with cas to catch theives red handed
