I ordered lots of art supplies for Christmas gift from this company 1.5 weeks before Christmas. On the 4th day of my order they sent me an email to tell me that half of the items were not in stock and that they will take extra 5 business days for them to get. This was annoying enough, given that now I had very short time to buy these items for Christmas delivery. Their reply was that another person maintains their website and the "do not update" and they also have no inventory control. So basically they sell you stuff they don't have first and then go shopping
