I had Quick Waxhaw Carpet Cleaning come over and clean for us on Monday and they did an excellent job. I saw a few spots that did not come up and I called and spoke with Liz and she sent the technician right back over to fix it for us. When the carpet was wet it looked 100% clean but once it dried a few spots showed up. The technician told me that if this happens to call the office and he'd come back immediately. I am very happy with the level of customer service this company provides. They are very good to do business with.
