When making the appointment, I asked specifically that the company clean our kitchen and bathroom first, then do whatever they could with the rest of the house. I prepaid for 2.5 hours of work and two maids and all they completed was picking up the toys in my kids room, vacuuming both bedrooms, sweeping and mopping the upstairs bathroom, cleaning the kitchen, loading the dishwasher and sweeping the wood floors downstairs.
